Deliveries

I deliver for free within Port Macquarie. 

I may be able to deliver to other areas within the Hastings Region too provided my delivery helper is available.
(But, these may include an additional delivery charge). 

All Venues Must Be Air Conditioned.Otherwise I’m sorry I cannot do your cake. This is for food safety reasons.

Delivery information I will need to know: (See also ordering information)

The date and time of your reception or event.
The name and address of the venue.
A Contact Name and Contact Number for the Venue to arrange delivery. 

Please Note: 

Cakes are all stored correctly on my premises and use only the freshest ingredients. 

On Delivery a form is always signed to say that it was received in good condition. 
If the cake is being delivered to a venue other than that of the person ordering the cake,
a photo is also taken as additional proof.

Therefore, Once the cake is received by the venue or person ordering it… it is 100% their responsibility
to keep it safe and to store it correctly. (In a cool environment and out of direct sunlight).
Anything that happens after delivery is to be taken up with the venue and is in no way to come back to me. 

I am also not liable for how you store or use any leftover cake should there be any after the event.

Julianne's Specialty Cakes also has the right to take photos of your cake prior to the event and publish them for advertising purposes. Please note: That Julianne's Specialty Cakes will not publish them until the day after your event.
Any photo's that you may provide to show appreciation will not be used unless permission is given.

Payment And Cancellation Policy

Payments is to be made via direct deposit. Details will be given on confirmation of your order.

A 50% non refundable deposit must be paid within 24 hours of order confirmation.
In order to secure your date. No dates are held until this deposit is paid. (See ordering information)

The deposit is non refundable as it covers the cost of my time in designing your cake and purchasing all ingredients and supplies needed to make your cake.
All final payments are due no less than:
2 weeks prior to your event for small single tier cakes or dozen cupcakes.
4 weeks prior for multi-tiered cakes or more than a dozen cupcakes. 

This will be discussed at time of ordering and are also non refundable.
If payments are not made by the due dates your cake may be cancelled.
Refunds:
Refunds are not provided for any reason. Due to my full schedule and attention to detail.
I spend many hours planning and preparing items before even beginning on the cake itself.
And, then many more hours creating it.
