I specialise in and only offer Fondant covered cakes, and

Handmade fondant decorations.

I strive to conduct my work in an open and honest way and

where possible endeavour to go above and beyond expectations.

I enjoy all aspects of my work;

From baking delicious and moist cakes from scratch

using the freshest and highest quality ingredients.

To working with the fondant and sugar pastes used in

creating gorgeous, unique and artistic cake designs and toppers.

Ensuring that every detail from Baking to Decorating is of the highest standard.

I currently hold a food safety certificate and insurance.
